she borrowed herself
inside an ethereal emotion
dancing with the episcopal mysteries
as she drapes across her shoulders
barren and yet renewed…willow swag garlands
interwoven with floral blossoms and fresh sage
glorious bouquets, fresh plucked
from the richness of the earth
perfuming roses and gladioulas
mingling with the scarlet lilies
all the while she tempts the trees in songs
within the ambush of innate senses
as the ink of the artist evermore continues spilling
writing beneth the meadows of the canary song finches
gathering the wild quills of peafowl
listening to the crooning males
smiling at the albescent moon ferals
untamed, unharnessed and unashamed…
